Frequently Asked Questions
General questions
I have registered my team, but what to do now?
After you have registered your team, the administrators of this website should approve your registration.
Once your team is approved, you will receive login information through e-mail which you can fill in on the login screen on the left (login code and password).
If you have directly subscribed your team to a tournament (with the team registration), you can add coaches, officials and competitors to your team for a specific tournament. Otherwise you need to subscribe to a tournament first. Please note that subscribing to a tournament will also need approval of the administrators.
What is a lastname prefix?
In some countries, like The Netherlands, names of people contain more than a firstname and lastname. In Dutch this prefix means 'tussenvoegsel'.
The following name contains the prefix 'the': Robert the Great.
In this case his firstname is 'Robert', his prefix ('tussenvoegsel') is 'the' and his lastname is 'Great'.
If your competitor doesn't have a prefix, you can leave this prefix-field empty.
I can only add one team coach, but want to add more. What to do now?
Most of the tournaments have a rule such as "You can add one team coach for every five competitors". If that's the case, you are able to add one team coach at the beginning. When you have added five competitors, you are able to add another Team Coach. This will go on until you reached the maximum number of team coaches.
What are printable reports?
When your team will compete on a specific tournament, you must add officials, coaches and competitors to your team. To get an administrative overview of your subscription, it's possible to create a printable report.
A report will contain information about your team, signed up officials/coaches and competitors.
How do I use printable reports?
When pressing the button 'Generate report' on the printable report-page, a PDF report will be created. Once it is generated you can open it, but you can also download it by right clicking on the link ('Report generated on [...]') and 'Save file as'.
I've changed some information, but the printable reports still contain old information?
A printable report will contain information at the moment it is generated. When you've changed something (i.e. adding a competitor or editing a coach), you need to generate a new report.
