ONCE THE SUBSCRIPTION FOR THIS EVENT IS FULL, WE WILL START A WAITING LIST. ALL TEAMS THAT HAVE CURRENTLY ENTERED PLAYERS WILL BE CONTACTED AND PAYMENT OF THE ENTRY FEES REQUESTED. ONCE THE DEADLINE FOR PAYMENT IS REACHED, ANY PLAYERS WHO HAVE NOT PAID THEIR ENTRY FEE WILL BE REMOVED AND PLAYERS FROM THE WAITING LIST WILL BE ADDED.

TEAMS WISHING TO ADD PLAYERS TO THE WAITING LIST SHOULD DOWNLOAD THE WAITING LIST SPREADSHEET AND COMPLETE IT WITH ALL INFORMATION AND EMAIL IT TO OUR ADMIN TEAM (adminuk@ma-regonline.com) - PLEASE NOTE THAT PLAYERS WILL BE ADDED FROM THE WAITING LIST IN THE ORDER THAT THEY ARE RECEIVED

Hi, all coaches and head of Team,

Thank you for your support in our competition on the 6th September.

I put it as prep for nationals putting all players on PSS to emulate the competition; BT has now announced that they are running nationals on K2 KPNP for all.

Unfortunately, after discussion with Andrew, he will not have enough to put all rings on K2 KPNP but has gone out of his way to source another 2 rings which will give us a maximum of 3 rings. Andrew has also said he hopes to have some socks and gloves available for our comp.

There will be K1 KPNP socks for pee wee & children to hire at £5 per match from Ki Martial Arts

After speaking with Chief Ref, Chris has agreed that we can run ALL ADVANCED, CADETS, JUNIORS & SENIORS on K2 KPNP and the rest of the players on K1 KPNP. Ki Martial arts have said that this is no problem, and if some advanced players do not have K2 socks, we can run that fight on K1 if required.

Ma-Regonline has agreed that this can be done with no problem at all. We will be looking at getting all the pee wee and children's categories fully completed before we move on to the rest of the competition.

ALL PEE WEE & CHILDREN MATCHES WILL BE RUN TO COMPLETION MATCHES TO START AT 9:30am latest.

Weigh In Saturday: 3pm-5pm All can weigh in with parents or coaches

Morning All,

Andrew from ki Martial Arts has let me know that due to late delivery the K2 size 0's and Size 1 Hogu's would not be in the UK for our competition and the late delivery of K2 socks, in light of this all matches will revert to K1.

Pee Wee and children will still be on from 9:30am until they are completed and then everybody else from that point on.

Andrew and I tried our best to make it as close to nationals as possible but unfortunately not to be this time.
